Job description

Elementary Principal(s) (Additional Anticipated Opening):  The Lakewood City School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of District Elementary School Principal for the 2026-2027 school year.  The successful candidate will be a strong visionary leader who will sustain and strengthen educational excellence in the District.  Appropriate/applicable licensure required.  Demonstrated successful teaching experience is required; elementary teaching experience is preferred.  The salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.  Candidates are required to have Ohio Evaluation System Credentials (OTES 2.0).  This is a 199-day administrative contract that is responsible to Assistant Superintendent and/or designee.
