Reqs.: M/h M.S. in Electrical Eng’g or Electronics Eng’g + 2 yrs. exp. in dsign & dvelpment of RF/micrwave prducts. M/h exp. w/: RF/micrwave compnent, circuit, systm & PCB dsign using ADS, HFSS &/or CST Studio; ultrawideband RF circuit dsign using Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS & 3D EM simulation tools; RF/MMIC dsign (LNA, PA) using GaAs, GaN & SiGe HBT technologies; RF measrments using spectrm/noise analyzers & rlated tst equip.; PCB layout & fxture dsign for hgh-frequency applications; simlation tools incl.
