This client is looking for a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer based in Boston, MA with a requirement of 4 days onsite. This company is a leading insurance organization that focuses on software solutions that support financial systems. This is a full-time position.
You will lead globally distributed QA teams and define how testing is executed across fast-moving releases. The focus is on building strong automation foundations, increasing test coverage through modern frameworks, and introducing AI-assisted quality engineering practices.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10 + years in Quality Assurance and test engineering teams
  •  Deep experience managing offshore engineering groups
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Java
