RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
-Test and validate game concepts, prototypes, features, systems, tools, and workflows across fast-moving development cycles.
-Leverage AI and automation tools to accelerate test creation, coverage, issue analysis, reporting, and regression checks.
-Identify critical issues early and prioritize based on player impact, production risk, severity, frequency, and team momentum.
-Build lightweight test plans, checklists, automation scripts, reporting systems, and repeatable validation workflows.
-Collaborate with engineering, design, art, tools, math, coordination, and leadership to improve quality without slowing useful iteration.
-Iterate quickly based on prototype changes, team feedback, test results, and shifting priorities.
-Stay current with emerging AI tools, QA automation methods, test frameworks, workflow tools, and new validation possibilities.
-Identify QA and workflow friction, then proactively suggest or build better approaches.
-Maintain a practical balance between speed, thoroughness, risk tolerance, clarity, and production readiness.
-Use AI responsibly and thoughtfully, with awareness of accuracy, data sensitivity, security, quality standards, and production risk.
