A Day in the LifeAs a Global Supply Chain Planning Program Manager, focused on leading enterprise-wide supply chain transformation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on phase-in/phase-out programs, EU MDR activities, supply planning optimization, and cross-functional program execution.

Located at Medtronic's headquarters in Minneapolis, MN or in Lafayette, CO, this role is onsite four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute global supply chain transformation programs that improve service, reduce costs, and align with business strategy.

  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and project management methodologies to solve complex operational challenges and drive measurable improvements.

  • Manage projects from initiation through completion, including charters, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation.

  • Drive change management efforts, assess organizational readiness, and support stakeholder adoption of new processes.

  • Partner and influence cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, IT, Quality, Sourcing, Marketing, Distribution, and Customer Service.

  • Oversee key supply chain planning and logistics activities, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, outsourcing, and distribution.

  • Develop and implement integrated processes, policies, and material control systems that improve efficiency, streamline operations, and support business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years' experience in supply planning, or advanced degree with a 3+ years' experience in supply planning experience

  • Experience in one or more of the following: SAP, Blue Yonder, Power BI

  • 3+ years in program/project management execution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and drive organizational change across complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Strong project management and process improvement expertise, including proficiency with project management tools and Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions and proactively remove obstacles.

  • Self-directed professional with experience managing competing priorities, adapting to change, and supporting global network design and supply chain implementation projects.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
