Job description

Principal Consultant - SAP Field Service Management (FSM)

Infosys is hiring for Principal Consultant - SAP Field Service Management (FSM).

Required Qualifications
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
Required Skills
  • SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with ~16 years of global experience delivering end-to-end SAP solutions across diverse industries like railroad, IS-Utilities, with core expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and strong cross-functional exposure to QM, HR, and IS-U. SAP Certified Consultant with a consistent track record of leading SAP programs and driving business transformation by combining deep technical expertise in ABAP on HANA (OData, AMDP, CDS Views, and Object-Oriented ABAP).
  • SAP Field Service Management (FSM) consultant with proven experience in SAP EAM/IS-Utilities and FSM project delivery.
  • Extensive onsite experience across full lifecycle SAP implementations, including system analysis, solution design, configuration, development, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional and distributed teams, owning delivery commitments, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Experienced in stakeholder management, client engagement, and steering projects through critical phases while maintaining quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be: Ontario- 102474 to $ 147835
