Job description

Full Stack Developer — Revenue Systems & AutomationRole

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to help build and maintain the custom tools, integrations, dashboards, and automation that support our sales and marketing operations.

You will work closely with a Senior Full Stack Developer to connect systems such as HubSpot, Aloware, Mixpanel, Meta, and Google; automate how leads move through the business; and build internal tools used by our teams.

This is a hands-on coding role—not a CRM administrator position. You will work on both the user-facing side of applications and the technology operating behind the scenes, including APIs, databases, automation, and data movement.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in full-stack development and is ready to take ownership of assigned projects while continuing to grow under the guidance of a senior developer.

Core ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Development
  • Build and maintain internal applications, tools, and dashboards

  • Develop user-facing screens as well as the backend technology powering them

  • Turn business requirements into functional, reliable software

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

  • Complete assigned features from development through testing and release

Integrations and Automation
  • Connect HubSpot, Aloware, Mixpanel, Meta, Google, and other business platforms

  • Build and maintain APIs, webhooks, and automated data-sync processes

  • Help automate lead routing, salesperson assignment, notifications, follow-up, and lifecycle stages

  • Troubleshoot failed integrations, missing data, and broken workflows

  • Help ensure leads move correctly from advertisements and forms into the CRM and sales team

Data and Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards for sales and marketing leadership

  • Write SQL queries and work with databases

  • Help keep lead, sales, marketing, and attribution data accurate across systems

  • Investigate reporting discrepancies and identify their source

  • Add validation and monitoring to catch data problems early

AI and Workflow Development
  • Support the development of AI-powered workflows for lead qualification, follow-up, re-engagement, and sales enablement

  • Connect AI tools and APIs with existing business systems

  • Test AI workflows and monitor their performance

Testing and System Support
  • Test new tools, integrations, and automation before deployment

  • Monitor systems and respond when something breaks

  • Identify and fix bugs across applications, APIs, databases, and integrations

  • Document technical processes and common troubleshooting steps

  • Work with the Senior Full Stack Developer on larger technical projects

Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of professional full-stack development experience

  • Experience building both frontend applications and backend systems

  • Proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript

  • Experience with technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python

  • Experience building or working with REST APIs and webhooks

  • Working knowledge of SQL, databases, and basic data modeling

  • Experience with Git, testing, debugging, and software deployment

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Ability to follow technical direction and independently complete assigned projects

  • Strong attention to detail, especially when working with revenue and reporting data

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM platform

  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Segment, Aloware, Meta, or Google integrations

  • Experience building internal dashboards or operational tools

  • Exposure to AI/LLM APIs and AI-powered automation

  • Understanding of lead routing, sales funnels, attribution, or revenue operations

  • Experience with serverless functions or automated data-sync services

Compensation
  • Base salary: $100,000–$110,000, based on experience

What Success Looks Like
  • Internal tools and assigned features are delivered accurately and on schedule

  • Leads and data move reliably between connected platforms

  • Broken integrations and automation are identified and resolved quickly

  • Dashboards provide accurate and trustworthy information

  • Code and systems are properly tested and documented

  • The developer gradually takes ownership of increasingly complex projects
