The Principal serves as the instructional leader responsible for promoting a transformational culture that maximizes student achievement and ensures excellence in education while developing accountable, self-directed learners.

Job Requirements
  • Experience in a school leadership role (Principal, Assistant Principal, Lead Teacher, Curriculum Specialist, or similar)
  • Proven record of increasing student achievement and ensuring excellence in education
  • Demonstrated success in parental engagement and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Experience with curriculum development, innovation, and school-wide implementation
  • Strong background in instructional leadership, assessment, and data analysis
  • Ability to conduct formal and informal observations and provide effective coaching and mentoring to teachers
  • Knowledge of federal and state requirements for English Language Learners (ELL) and Students with Disabilities (ESE)
  • Experience in building community partnerships and fostering a positive school culture
  • Ability to manage school operations, including budgeting and resource allocation
