JOB DESCRIPTION:
This person will be working directly with Project Manager and Superintendent in a field setting assisting both with a day-to-day operations.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
  • Assist in drawing updates, change orders, and submittals.
  • Track equipment and labor for project efficiency.
  • Support daily field operations with documentation and coordination.
  • Perform administrative and project-related tasks as needed.
  • Provide hands-on assistance with basic labor tasks when necessary.

Position Requirements
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Field Engineer or similar role.
  • Familiarity with construction management software.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Stand for long periods of time

  • Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds and other objects
  • Carry tools and equipment
  • Be able to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl for long periods of time
  • Be able to see (naturally or with correction)

The environment is exclusively outdoors; thus, the job often involves all weather extremes. Work requires alert individuals with good balance, physical strength and on-the-job training.
