JOB SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Supervisor, FalconCare, the Claim Administrator – Program Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration and processing of incoming FalconCare, warranty, and commercial program claims. This includes reviewing maintenance transactions and invoices, checking incoming claims for completeness and accuracy, identifying missing or inconsistent information, preparing documentation for invoice payment, and maintaining KPIs. The role also contributes to data integrity, process efficiency, and visibility into claim activity and program performance. It supports the FalconCare team with claims data cleanup, system updates, and record validation to improve the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of program information.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Aviation Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in claims administration, business analysis, program administration, or a related operational support function, preferably in aviation.
  • Two years of aviation technical experience in either a technical or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ie Filters, VLOOKUP’s) and other Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience using SAP or similar enterprise systems for transaction processing, reporting, or record management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

  • Office Environment
  • Occasional travel may be needed
  • Occasional overtime and weekend work to meet deadlines

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

  • Review all incoming claims for completeness and accuracy, identify missing or inconsistent information, and coordinate with internal teams or external service providers to obtain required documentation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Read through submitted maintenance task claims and look for missing relevant technical information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, service centers, and other stakeholders to resolve claim-related questions, support program administration, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
  • Prepare, validate, and process final Service Center invoices for payment.
  • Organize, scan, and route claim and invoice documentation for DFJ Accounting processing, maintaining complete and accurate records in accordance with internal documentation and audit requirements.
  • Monitor claim activity and expense trends, prepare recurring and ad hoc analyses, and support management with reporting that helps identify issues, improve workflows, and inform operational decision-making.
  • Update work instructions as needed.

NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

  •  Support special projects, process improvement initiatives, audits, and related assignments as directed by management.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position typically falls between $70,000 to $90,000 per year.  This position is not eligible for overtime.  

 Note: the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
