Job description

Position Overview
We're seeking a dynamic Retail & Café Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store and café. This creative, customer-focused leader will drive sales, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and inspire a high-performing team while ensuring that both areas reflect the vision and values of the Company.
Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the retail store and café, ensuring smooth, guest-focused service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver world-class hospitality and uphold brand standards.
  • Handle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, professional development, and performance management, including coaching and, when necessary, corrective actions.
  • Works closely with senior leadership team to align retail and café operations with Paisley Park's creative and business goals.
  • Prepare and present annual department goal proposals, monitor sales data and KPIs, deliver weekly and end-of-year performance reports to leadership.
  • Oversee cash-handling procedures, including cash-drawer counts, reconciliations, and deposits.
  • Manage merchandising, inventory control, vendor relationships, vendor coordination and partnerships.
  • Identify and implement creative opportunities and revenue-driving initiatives to enhance guest engagement and boost profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Oversee café menu offerings and food-safety compliance
  • Coordinate merchandise presence at offsite events, including inventory and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of management experience in retail, food & beverage, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team-development skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Creative eye for merchandising and guest-experience design.
