What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop teaching teams while fostering a positive, engaging workplace culture.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Ensure excellence in curriculum implementation, licensing compliance, health and safety, and daily school operations.

Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience in a licensed child care center or early childhood education program preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Ohio child care licensing regulations is preferred.
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with families while maintaining exceptional operational standards.
  • Director Career Pathway Level in OCCRRA (CPL 2 and 2 years of experience in early childhood education)
