Job Overview:
The Senior Quality Analyst leads complex quality investigations, supports audit readiness, and acts as a subject matter expert for quality standards and inspection methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead investigations into complex non-conformances
  • Validate and refine quality inspection processes
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Train and mentor Quality Analysts and Analyst II staff
  • Partner with supervisors and engineers on corrective actions

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • 5+ years in quality roles within manufacturing or construction environments
  • Strong ISO 9001 knowledge and audit exposure
  • Proven mentoring and problem-solving capability
