Prime Health Counseling, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Augusta, Georgia. This role is primarily remote, granting flexibility and the ability to interact with clients based on their needs. You will collaborate with a dedicated and diverse team of professionals who share a common vision for delivering top-tier care in community-focused settings. • Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing major mental health disorders and severe emotional challenges.
• Maintain a caseload of clients, delivering individual, group, and family therapy tailored to their unique needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring continuity of care and linking clients to necessary services.
• Facilitate crisis interventions and provide immediate support in high-pressure situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings to inform treatment plans, documenting findings and care coordination efforts accurately.
• Engage with clients to foster a therapeutic relationship based on trust, respect, and empowerment, advocating for their needs within the health system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the agency and help advance service delivery standards.
• On-call responsibilities as assigned, ensuring coverage for client emergencies beyond regular service hours.

Your primary focus will be on clients from under-resourced backgrounds who often face barriers to accessing traditional healthcare services. This includes individuals struggling with mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, severe emotional disorders, and trauma-related conditions. You will play a crucial role in not only addressing their immediate therapeutic needs but also assisting them in navigating systemic challenges to accessing ongoing care and support.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required; an LCSW license is essential for the role.
• At least two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to create meaningful connections with clients and collaborate well with professionals across disciplines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in utilizing electronic documentation and telehealth platforms.

• Experience in community health settings, particularly in supporting under-served areas.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health treatment, including crisis intervention techniques.
• Proficient in team-based care models and integrated services delivery.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for continued education and professional development.
