AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. This role offers a supportive practice environment, broad clinical exposure, and the opportunity to care for patients across the lifespan while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance. 


This model focuses on delivering comprehensive care, including preventive, chronic disease, and acute care. We place a strong emphasis on patient-centered care within the network through patient engagement, digital health tools, cultural sensitivity, and accessible locations.

Key Responsibilities 
โ€ข Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including womenโ€™s health 
โ€ข Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions 
โ€ข Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging 
โ€ข Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed 
โ€ข Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care 
โ€ข Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach 

Education & Experience 
โ€ข Masterโ€™s degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies 
โ€ข Minimum of 1โ€“2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred 
โ€ข Experience caring for patients of all ages and managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred 
 

Licensure, Certification & Registration 
โ€ข Active Florida APRN or PA-C license 
โ€ข Active DEA license 
โ€ข ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification 
โ€ข BLS required; ACLS (preferred)
