• Manage clinical outcomes by monitoring patient progress and collaborating with staff therapists, particularly on complex or outlier cases.
• Implement and ensure efficient clinical workflows that enhance patient capture rates and streamline the processing of referrals and scheduling.
• Develop, execute, and adjust individualized therapy plans for each patient, emphasizing early intervention and conducting same-day evaluations.
• Foster a professional and collaborative environment that encourages open communication among team members, promoting teamwork and prioritizing patient safety and care quality.
• Work alongside the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and implement clinical improvements, aiming for optimal patient outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and engagement initiatives, enhancing our community network.

The clients we serve encompass a diverse range of demographics, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and those dealing with chronic pain. • Active licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Florida State Board.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the capability to thrive in a high-energy, dynamic environment.
• Adept problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, particularly in patient assessment and rehabilitation planning.
• A genuine passion for helping patients improve their health outcomes and reclaim their independence.

• Previous experience working in an outpatient therapy setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in developing rehabilitation programs tailored to patient-specific needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and outcomes measurement tools.

Revive Mobility Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, determined by your caseload and relevant experience. In addition to an attractive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
