As a Preventative Maintenance Foreman, you will lead a medium-sized team of 6-15 maintenance personnel in the upkeep and repair of mechanical industrial production equipment. Balancing hands-on work with supervisory responsibilities, you will guide your team’s growth and expertise while ensuring equipment reliability through effective preventative maintenance practices.
