Porsche Sales Specialist

Porsche Beaverton is seeking a high-performing Sales Specialist who excels at delivering exceptional customer experiences and closing premium vehicle deals to join our elite team representing an iconic brand! This role is critical to our continued growth, and you’ll step into an environment where your results matter.


What you’ll do:

  • Create a compelling first impression… greet, engage and build rapport with high-net-worth clients in a luxury setting.
  • Proactively generate new prospects through networking, outreach (calls, emails, social media) and referrals.
  • Deeply understand the features, performance and technology of each Porsche model and articulate value in a premium context.
  • Lead prospects through test drives, demonstrations and walk-arounds that reinforce brand prestige and performance.
  • Present and negotiate pricing, financing and trade-in values transparently.  Close effectively and professionally.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of new launches, incentives, and financing programs to position correctly.
  • Build and manage a robust client database for follow-up, repeat business and lifetime loyalty.
  • Deliver exceptional service from first contact through delivery — ensure clients feel valued and engaged post-sale.
  • Commit to continuous improvement via Porsche-certified training and advanced sales techniques.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with luxury or high-end vehicles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a structured dealership environment.
  • Passion for high-performance automobiles, and the ability to speak credibly about features, engineering and brand heritage.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to execute independently while contributing to a team culture.
  • Skilled at establishing and maintaining long-term relationships based on trust and professionalism.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales-software tools. 
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record.
