Who we are

Puig is a home of Love Brands within a family company that furthers wellness, confidence and self-expression while leaving a better world. For more than a century, our entrepreneurial spirit and passion for creativity have made us a challenger in the premium beauty industry.

With 17 Love Brands across Fragrance and Fashion, Makeup and Skincare, we create stories that connect with people's emotions and are powered by a global team of over 13,000 passionate professionals. With products sold in more than 150 countries and 5,042 million in net revenue in 2025, and guided by strong values and sustainability commitments, Puig continues to grow as a Home of Creativity: an open-minded space where Creators Of All Kinds are empowered to thrive, innovate and express who they are.

The Opportunity

The Account Executive, Prestige, Seattle is a key partner within the Washington territory, consistently meeting and exceeding seasonal sales goals across major retailers. This role is about more than just driving numbers- it's about building strong, lasting relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the business in thoughtful, strategic ways. You'll work closely with store teams, internal partners, and retail staff, bringing strong product knowledge, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset. With natural energy and enthusiasm for the work, you'll help ensure Puig Prestige brands (Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier) are represented with purpose and impact, motivating teams and elevating the customer experience.

What you'll get to do

Sales & Strategy:

  • Lead your territory by developing and executing thoughtful sales strategies that not only meet but exceed financial targets across key accounts
  • Regularly analyze sales trends and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights and drive sustained business growth
  • Oversee performance across doors by ensuring each location has the right mix of staffing, merchandising, and activations to reach full potential
  • Manage budgets and allocate spend strategically for each account, ensuring alignment with Puig's financial and operational guidelines
  • Build momentum at retail through in-store events and tailored promotions that excite both teams and customers

Education & Team Development:

  • Design and implement local training initiatives in partnership with the Education team that support both sales goals and brand standards
  • Provide hands-on coaching to Beauty Advisors and Makeup Artists, helping them build product knowledge, selling confidence, and customer connection
  • Motivate teams by fostering accountability, recognizing strong performance, and leading through brand storytelling and example

Relationship Building & Retail Partnerships:

  • Serve as a key point of contact and trusted partner for store managers, corporate retail stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising and Store Design to ensure brand presentation is impactful, consistent, and aligned with current campaigns
  • Proactively identify and address business needs, from promotional planning to team resourcing, to keep performance on track
  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, and development of in-store talent to strengthen retail teams, improve rankings, and grow Puig's brand presence
We'd love to meet you if you have
  • 5+ years of sales experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail supporting department store or beauty specialty accounts
  • Experience supporting in-store teams through product education, selling support, and strong brand storytelling
  • Comfort reviewing sales reports and identifying opportunities to support business growth
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
  • A passion for prestige beauty and delivering elevated client experiences
  • Flexibility to work weekends and key holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility to work a Tuesday- Saturday schedule, as well as holidays as required in a retail-driven environment
  • Comfort working in a primarily field and in-store based role, spending the majority of time supporting retail partners and teams on the ground
  • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel up to 70-80%, including overnight travel

We welcome Creators Of All Kinds. If you are unsure of meeting all the requirements but trust you have the transferable skills to excel in this role, complete the application and our teams will get in touch if you are selected for an interview.
