Troubleshoot and repair electronic and electromechanical components across the pressroom, mailroom, and building equipment, including network systems, PLCs, telephony, and automated remote controls.

About the Role:

As our Stacker Operator, you will operate and monitor stackers, industrial robots, and robotic palletizers while ensuring a safe and efficient workflow. You will work in a team-based environment and receive hands-on training to advance your career.

  • Perform safety inspections and operate equipment according to established procedures
  • Set up machines for the next print run
  • Monitor 2 stackers, 2 industrial robots, and 1 robotic palletizer
  • Assist with machine printing functions as needed
  • Conduct frequent quality checks to maintain production standards
  • Perform bi-weekly maintenance tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to conduct frequent quality checks and follow safety procedures

  • Interpersonal Skills: Cooperative and able to work effectively in a team environment

  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tasks and take on challenges

Physical & Technical Requirements:
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally with assistance

  • Endurance: Must be able to stand for the entire shift (12 hours)

  • Technical Skills: Basic math skills and computer knowledge
