About the Role:
As our Pressman, you will:
- Ability to accurately operate 8 Color Double Coater HUV Komori Sheet -fed press with aqueous or UV coating unit or units with precision and skill
- A good understanding of E.C/U.V. curing systems and how to maintain them
- Knowledgeable of modern Color Control Systems (CCS).
- Be able to interpret, trapping, gray balance and dot gain data for use in running and maintain in Solid Ink Density (SID)
- Run the job per job ticket specifications and customer's requirements
- Seeks assistance when needed to clarify unclear tasks and responsibilities
- Assists in production of each job to measure to highest quality standards
- Maintains safe, clean, work environment
- Adheres to the company and department's standard operating procedures and policies
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
- Maintain departmental housekeeping standards
