Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and lead a team of press operators, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure effective and efficient operations.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team performance and productivity.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on production schedules and operational priorities.

  • Production Oversight:
    • Coordinate daily press operations, ensuring production schedules are adhered to with minimal downtime.
    • Monitor the printing process to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with specifications.
