What You’ll Do:
·        Assist in setting up and operating an automatic commercial heat press machine like a pro
·        Apply graphics, names, numbers, and patches with precision and pride
·        Dial in temperature, pressure, and timing for flawless results
·        Load, align, press, and inspect garments to perfection
·        Catch even the tiniest mistakes (your eagle eyes are your superpower)
·        Keep things running smoothly by following production schedules
·        Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace
·        Perform basic machine cleaning and upkeep
 

What Makes You a Great Fit:

·        Sweat the small stuff (in a good way—details matter here!)
·        Previous experience with automatic heat press machines would be a plus
·        Ability to read production sales orders and follow instructions carefully
·        Work well with others and bring positive energy to the team
·        Are dependable, self-directed, motivated, and ready to get things done
·        Have basic computer skills (tablets included)
·        Bonus points if you have heat press or apparel production experience
·        High school diploma or equivalent
·         Ability to read/write in English and have math skills at a basic level required
·        Bilingual (English/Spanish)? Even better!
Our regular schedule is Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 3:15pm, Friday, 6:00am to 11:00am.
