Converting/Press Operator (2 Openings)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM
Pay: Up to $34.00/hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Converting/Press Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting converting and printing press equipment to ensure quality products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate converting and/or printing press machinery.
  • Monitor production runs to ensure product quality and machine performance.
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain production standards and minimize waste.
  • Perform quality inspections and document production results.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues during operation.
  • Complete routine machine maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
  • Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
  • Accurately record production data, downtime, and material usage.
  • Work closely with team members, maintenance personnel, and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience operating converting, printing press, flexographic, offset, or related manufacturing equipment preferred.
