Job Summary

iStaffing Chino is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team. If you have experience operating CNC press brake machines, reading blueprints, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, or similar).
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specification sheets.
  • Perform accurate measurements using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Program and adjust machine settings to ensure quality production.
  • Form, bend, and fabricate sheet metal components according to specifications.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
  • Safely move and handle sheet metal materials and finished products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all company safety procedures.
  • Comply with OSHA, ISO, and facility safety standards, including proper PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of CNC Press Brake operating experience
  • Experience with Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, or similar press brake equipment preferred
  • Strong blueprint reading skills
  • Proficient in math, including fraction and decimal conversions
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments
  • Basic computer skills to operate CNC press brake software
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
