Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to support the fabrication of custom metal products. This role requires a highly skilled operator capable of performing machine setups, die changes, and producing precision-bent components from engineering drawings.


Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC and manual press brake equipment
  • Perform die changes and tooling adjustments
  • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Verify dimensions and ensure products meet specifications
  • Troubleshoot machine and production issues
  • Maintain quality standards and production schedules
  • Collaborate with welders and fabrication personnel to ensure smooth workflow


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of press brake experience
  • Experience performing complete machine setups and die changes
  • Strong blueprint reading abilities
  • Experience using calipers, tape measures, and precision measuring equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in a custom fabrication environment preferred
