Press Brake Supervisor
Shift: 1st (6am-2:30pm)
Pay Range: $32-$42/hr (DOE)
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain press brake machinery for high-quality fabrication.
  • Ensure precision, consistency, and efficiency in all projects.
  • Collaborate with a results-driven team in a high-performance setting.
  • Identify process improvements for operational excellence.
Leadership Skills:
Proven experience leading teams, training operators, and coordinating production schedules
Requirements:
  • Experience in press brake setup, operation, and troubleshooting. (AMADA)
  • Strong technical skills with mechanical press systems.
  • Examine completed work pieces for defects.
  • Measure completed work pieces to verify conformance to specifications, using necessary tools.
  • Set stops on machine beds, change dies, and adjust components.
  • Position, align, and secure work pieces against fixtures or stops on machine beds or on dies.
