  • Address operational challenges involving scheduling, staffing, productivity, inventory, fleet management, and interdepartmental communication.
  • Maintain a visible presence within the operation and stay connected to both office and field teams.

Service Delivery and Customer Experience
  • Ensure residential service calls, installations, maintenance appointments, and customer concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Promote strong coordination between customer service, dispatch, field technicians, installers, warehouse personnel, and management.
  • Maintain high standards for workmanship, communication, job documentation, and follow-up.

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Establish clear expectations and create accountability at every level of the organization.
  • Identify and develop future leaders through coaching, training, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture centered on teamwork, professionalism, integrity, safety, and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain consistent standards for jobsite safety, vehicle and equipment use, workmanship, and documentation.
  • Work with department leaders to address safety incidents, quality concerns, callbacks, and warranty issues.
  • Implement improvements that reduce preventable errors and protect employees, customers, and company assets.
Strategic Growth

  • Evaluate staffing, fleet, facility, and equipment needs based on company growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand service capacity, improve market coverage, and strengthen underperforming departments.
