Job description

Description :

  • Conserve management’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports.
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist in recruiting new team members.
  • Social Media Management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Organization of lead generation sheets and appointment routing
  • Implement and monitor marketing partnership programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
  • Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
  • Respond to questions and requests for information
  • Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
  • Schedule daily and weekly sales team and company-wide meetings
  • Calendar organization and planning for executives
  • Be proactive in helping the company grow by providing opinion and insight on implementing new systems and be more efficient and effective with processes and activities

Requirements :

  • No degree required
  • Previous Experience Preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up, office environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
