About this opportunity... The Presentations Analyst will support merchant-focused activities and events by turning data into actionable insights, executing cross-functional projects, and enhancing operational processes. This role requires strong analytical thinking, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while partnering closely with merchants, cross-functional teams, and leadership

Cross-functional partners include Merchants, Store Operations and cross functional partners. Daily communication and collaboration with these cross-functional partners is essential. The base salary range for this role is $67,800 to $80,000.

The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

What you will do and what you will learn... Point of Contact / Business Partner Collaborate, coordinate, and execute successful merchant initiatives, including events and cross functional projects. Document new processes, identify efficiencies and streamline existing ones

Proactively exercise judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to develop recommendations in support of both large and small projects. Request Management Assist in coordination and execution of successful Events and projects. Run, maintain, analyze, and improve reports that operate on an established reporting cadence ensuring accuracy.

Own and maintain internal project trackers, calendars and workflows. Drive work of the team through team project trackers and calendars. Manage incoming requests by assessing scope, urgency, and business impact.

Coordinate across teams to meet deadlines. Support ad hoc needs. Reporting Leverage systems expertise to independently perform complex data pulls and analysis.

Create, improve, and analyze reporting to measure key initiatives, adding recommendations to enhance the analysis. Interpret data and communicate recommendations for time sensitive analysis related to merchant requests. Own and maintain cross weekly reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

Support Daily Callouts and Ad-hoc Requests Troubleshoot merchant, store, or operational issues, providing timely analytical support and solutions. Complete time sensitive ad hoc analyses and contribute to both large and small projects requiring quick turnaround. Training Support education efforts by developing processes, internal training materials, and supplemental resources to improve team understanding of processes, systems, and reporting tools.

What you need to be successful... Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma / experience 1-3 years of retail or consumer product experience Store/merchant knowledge is a plus Must be strong team player, have entrepreneurial drive and be highly organized Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills and conceptual ability Must be able to act independently, multitask and manage multiple projects and priorities Advanced Computer skills - MS office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Ability to build working relationships Ability to adjust with changing work environments, priorities, and goals Perks and Benefits of joining our team...
