Enterprise Operations Manager

Unissant is seeking an Enterprise Operations Manager to join the team in support of a Federal IT services program.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading technical engineering managers, technical leads, and teams responsible for enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity operations in a large and complex Federal environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead technical engineering managers, leads, and teams responsible for enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services for a Federal organization supporting at least 2000 users.
  • Provide strategic oversight for enterprise operations, ensuring stability, resilience, performance, and security of enterprise systems.
  • Drive technical innovation, modernization, and operational improvement initiatives across infrastructure and cybersecurity service areas.
  • Ensure the successful operation of enterprise platforms in a complex, heterogeneous environment.
  • Communicate operational priorities, risks, performance, and modernization initiatives effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
Work Experience and Job Skills
  • 10+ years experience with at least five years of experience leading technical engineering managers, leads, and teams responsible for all IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services in a Federal organization supporting at least 2000 users.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic oversight, drive technical innovation and modernization, and lead technical teams in a complex environment.
  • Proven ability to ensure the stability and security of enterprise systems.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferred field of study in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field of study.
  • MBA/Master's Degree in a relevant field of study preferred.
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations
  • Relevant infrastructure and cybersecurity certifications preferred.
Communication Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to present proposals and performance data, comfortable interfacing all levels of organization.
  • Ability to write clear and concise creative content in a highly confidential manner.
Travel
  • Travel may be required based on client and program needs.
  • Mainly a routine office environment.
  • May be required to lift up to ten (10) pounds.
  • Flexible in working extended hours.
