The Learning Experience – Oak Creek is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Assistant Director to help lead our school and support our growing community of children, families, and educators. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early childhood professional who enjoys mentoring teachers, building strong family relationships, and helping ensure a high-quality educational experience.
Working closely with the Center Director, you'll play an essential role in daily operations, staff development, licensing compliance, and creating a positive, welcoming culture where both children and teachers can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Center Director to oversee the daily operations of the school
  • Ensure compliance with all Wisconsin licensing, health, and safety regulations
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach teachers and support staff
