Job Summary

We are seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and reliable test prep tutors to join our Richmond team. You will work one-on-one with students to support their academic success across a range of subjects, tailoring your approach to fit individual learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic support based on expertise and alignment with Virginia's curriculum standards.
  • Design and deliver customized tutoring sessions in a variety of subjects.
  • Offer remedial or enrichment instruction based on each student's needs.
  • Assign supplemental materials to enhance understanding and retention.

Qualifications & Skills

Requirements

All applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree and meet at least one of the following:

  • Currently enrolled in a teacher certification program.
  • Have 2+ years of experience teaching in a private, public, or charter school.
  • Have experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. college or university.
  • Are a Master's or PhD student with experience as a teaching assistant at a U.S. university or college.
