As a Prep Coach, you are responsible for your team's delivery of a consistent and crafted product and leading through genuine warmth and care, providing our guests with memorable and Iconic culinary experiences. In this role, you will maintain a pristine environment, and ensure the highest quality product. As a coach and mentor, you will motivate and inspire those around you to directly impact their continuous learning, growth, and development. 

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years culinary experience (If you have potential and less experience, we still want to meet you).
  • A passion for culinary and creating world-class experiences
