We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager to lead our ZWILLING Brand Store, at Las Vegas Premium Outlets.

As Store Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of this location—driving sales performance, cultivating a high-performing team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience that reflects the premium quality of the ZWILLING brand. Personnel Management:

  • Recruit top talent for our retail store.
  • Train team members in product knowledge, selling techniques, and store operations
  • Motivate and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and regular performance assessments
  • Foster a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment

Retail Store Operations:

  • Analyze and optimize store performance to maximize profitability
