Our Life Premium Accounting department seeks a supervisor. This role is responsible for leading and developing a team of accounting professionals while overseeing daily premium accounting operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency and exceptional service. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio. Some departments at our Headquarters offer a hybrid work option that may vary depending on your role and responsibilities.
Starting pay: The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $33.65 per hour. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
  • provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and departmental goals
  • train, develop and mentor associates while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • monitor team performance, productivity and quality standards to ensure accurate and timely results
  • conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to support professional growth
  • identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency

  • a high school diploma or equivalent (required); a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field (preferred)

  • experience in billing in remittance, accounting, insurance operations, a related business environment
