ABOUT THE CANINE COACH ROLE:

The focus of the Canine Coach is to create a safe and fun play environment for each pup. You interact with dogs in a loving, hands-on manner, learning to understand intimately dog communication and are always on stage. All rooms are equipped with cameras, so Pet Parents can stay engaged with their dogs and watch the fantastic experience you create for their pup.

You care for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family, creating the Most Exciting Day Ever for the pups in your playroom.

A few other specifics:

  • Our facility features specially engineered playrooms with noise mitigation construction, odor control, rubberized floors for healthy dog joints, webcams for pet parents to view their pets and we utilize pet safe cleaning protocols. We are committed to providing premier level Dog Daycare service, Spa and Boarding for our families.
  • Playroom Attendants needed are either full or part-time positions that require a combination of 80 hours of online and hands-on required training to properly manage playrooms.
  • At Dogtopia we offer a safe open play environment for dogs and group dogs in playrooms based upon their size and temperament. Our Canine Coaches receive the training and skills necessary to understand and manage these rooms masterfully.
  • If you love dogs, want to learn skills and come to work at a place you can grow, we would love to talk with you!
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  • Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (including tips)
  • Benefits: Medical & Dental insurance (after 90 days) for FT employees, free daycare while you work


Requirements:
  • Able to work independently with dogs in a team environment
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to be on your feet for 6 hours continuously
  • You must absolutely LOVE dogs
