Work Environment

Your workplace will be an onsite rehabilitation facility where a collaborative and supportive atmosphere thrives. You will join a team comprising two experienced physical therapists and a certified physical therapy assistant (PTA). Together, we aim to minimize patient wait times while delivering thorough treatment sessions. Our clinic accommodates a variety of patient needs and accepts various private health insurance plans, ensuring access to necessary rehabilitation services for all individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their rehabilitation goals and devise personalized treatment plans tailored to their progress.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care by utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities that enhance the healing process.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring that each session is thorough and effective.
  • Employ your manual therapy skills to improve patients' functional mobility and alleviate pain through hands-on treatment.
  • Instruct patients in exercises aimed at enhancing their strength, flexibility, and coordination, promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and optimum patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records utilizing the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, such as WebPT.
  • Regularly evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as appropriate to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families about injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques.

Qualifications
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • A valid State Physical Therapist License with no board actions or disciplinary actions on record.
