Key Responsibilities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the evolving needs of each client, incorporating their preferences and feedback.
  • Conduct detailed psychosocial evaluations to assess clientsโ€™ situations, understanding their background and current challenges.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate case notes that comply with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring proper documentation for all client interactions.
  • Foster meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, built upon trust, respect, and an understanding of their unique experiences.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care that addresses not only mental health but also the potential impact of social factors on client wellbeing.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of social work.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, across various settings including schools and homes. Your focus will include individuals facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict, ensuring that each client receives personalized care that addresses their unique circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • A current and unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
  • Proven clinical skills with experience in evidence-based therapy techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients in a meaningful way.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating as part of a remote team.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of direct experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.
  • Experience working with school-aged children and families in a school environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
