We're growing and looking for a Rigging Pro to join our team in DeForest, Wisconsin. In this hands-on role, you’ll take on oversized challenges by moving heavy, specialized items safely and efficiently. From operating forklifts and overhead cranes to securing loads and coordinating with customers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in rigging, load securing, and operating forklifts and overhead cranes.

Strong knowledge of safe rigging practices, load distribution, and warehouse operations.

Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy lifting and demanding tasks.

A strategic mindset and problem-solving skills for logistical challenges.

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Proficiency in interpreting shipping and receiving documents (bills of lading, work orders, etc.).

Preferred: Certification in forklift and/or crane operation.


What You’ll Do

Master the Art of Rigging: Safely rig and secure oversized items for transport and storage, ensuring every load is handled with care and precision.

Operate Equipment:

  • Move oversized items though out the warehouse with forklifts.
  • Rig and operate overhead cranes to relocate and organize storage items.

Collaborate with Customers: Coordinate job-site equipment deliveries and maintain clear, professional communication.

Ensure Safety: Participate in unloading and reloading customer-owned materials with safety as your top priority.

Keep Things Organized:

  • Accurately unload trucks and match items to bills of lading, packing slips, and quotes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for orders, shipments, and deliveries.

Problem-Solve on the Fly: Trace lost shipments, resolve customer claims, and acquire oversize permits when needed.

Stay Connected: Work closely with the Operations Manager to manage updates and changes throughout the day.
