Client Details AEC focused in Life Science projects, HQ in Greater Philadelphia with a footprint across the region. Description Lead preconstruction planning and budgeting for construction projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project goals and expectations. Oversee cost estimates and value engineering to align with client budgets. Manage bid solicitation and subcontractor selection processes. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress. Foster and maintain strong client relationships to support project pipelines.
