As an Automotive General Service Technician, you'll be responsible for performing vital maintenance services that help keep our customers safe on the road. Whether it's installing and rotating tires, changing oil, or handling fluid services, you’ll demonstrate precision and efficiency while laying the groundwork for a fulfilling career in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Mount, balance, and install tires with precision and care.
  • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid flushes and replacements, belt and hose replacements, battery testing and installation, and general automotive repairs.
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of vehicles and accurately document any findings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of shop equipment, including servicing portable fluid drains according to shop protocols.
  • Actively expands automotive knowledge and technical skills to support long-term career development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support shop operations and team success.

What You'll Bring with You:
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems; experience with PC-based diagnostic tools and/or digital inspections are a plus.
  • Previous experience in automotive maintenance or repair is preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license is strongly preferred.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to push, pull, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
