Ready to own the setup?

B&A Precision has been machining for the Aerospace, Defense, and Medical industries for more than five decades. We’re looking for a Precision Lathe Programmer-Operator who enjoys turning complex prints into proven, repeatable setups—and who is comfortable reporting directly to the Shop President.

What problem will you solve today?
  • Can you set up and run 2- and 3-axis CNC horizontal lathes without drama?
  • Do Fanuc controls feel second nature?
  • Are you confident tweaking or writing G-code to get cycle times and finishes where they need to be?
  • Can you read blueprints with GD&T and translate them into a clean, capable process?
  • Will you validate first piece and in-process dimensions using the right measuring instruments and gages?
  • Have you worked with bar feeding systems? (Nice to have!)
Must-haves
  • At least 3 years of CNC lathe setup/operation experience.
  • Proficiency in CNC Programming, G-Code, Blueprint Reading, and CNC Lathe operation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
  • Comfort working in a team-based environment.
  • U.S. Person Status.
