Job description

Are you a skilled welder with aerospace experience ready to take your craft to the next level? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Orbital Welder/Brazer to join our team and help build precision components that go where it matters most... into the sky!

What You'll Do:

  • Perform orbital welding including programming and tooling setup for aerospace-grade components
  • Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions to precise tolerances
  • Set up, operate, and maintain welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
  • Manufacture tooling for orbital weld heads and braze rings
  • Size, clean, buff, and deburr tubes and parts prior to welding/brazing
  • Inspect welds and braze joints for defects using precision tools including micrometers and calipers
  • Read and interpret blueprints and detailed work instructions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment

What We're Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of aerospace welding or torch/brazing experience preferred (combined or equivalent acceptable)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required welding and brazing certifications
  • Knowledge of welding, brazing, and soldering tools, equipment, and processes
  • Ability to hold tight tolerances and inspect completed work
  • Basic math proficiency including fractions, decimals, and measurements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to aerospace quality standards
