To thrive as a Precision Staffing Recruiter, you need strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, and experience in talent acquisition, typically supported by a degree in human resources or a related field. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are commonly valued.
