Position Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems and components
  • Install and service electrical panels, generators, EV chargers, lighting, outlets, switches, and safety devices
  • Perform electrical upgrades, retrofit wiring, and code-compliance improvements
  • Conduct electrical inspections and evaluate homes for safety concerns
  • Educate homeowners on repair options, system improvements, and energy-efficient solutions
  • Build trust with customers through professionalism and exceptional service
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate effectively with office staff and leadership
  • Keep company vehicles, tools, and inventory organized and well-maintained

Qualifications
  • Michigan Master Electrician or Journeyman Electrician license required
  • Minimum of 3 years of residential electrical experience preferred
  • Completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program

  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
