What You'll Do
  • Prepare & Deliver: Receive, clean, and prepare plants and décor for client installations.
  • Install with Precision: Safely load, transport, and install horticultural products at client sites.
  • Maintain Our Fleet: Assist with company vehicle maintenance, including washing and general care.
  • Keep It Stocked: Manage and maintain installation kits and supplies.
  • Friendly & Professional: Communicate with clients in a professional manner and assist the supervisor with any account concerns.

What You'll Bring
  • Physical Strength: Capable of lifting 50-75 lb. plants and containers throughout the day.
  • Dexterity & Skill: Able to climb ladders and have good use of both hands to use small tools like pruners, saws, and sprayers.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to properly document work orders and time sheets.

Physical Requirements
This is strenuous work requiring good vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and lifting. You must be able to work a 10-hour day in varying greenhouse and/or office conditions.
