Job description

Powder Coat Line Operator

$20–$30 per Hour

850 State Hwy 55, Brooten, Minnesota

Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Precision Manufacturing is looking for a dependable person to operate our powder-coating line in Brooten.

This is a full-time, day-shift position paying $20–$30 per hour based on experience and ability. We offer health insurance, paid vacation, free online doctor visits, on-the-job training, and opportunities to advance within the company.

This person will be responsible for operating our continuous overhead hook line and integrated batch powder-coating system. The work includes washing and preparing parts, hanging parts, masking and plugging holes, applying powder, removing finished parts, checking coating quality, and keeping the line moving efficiently.

Additional responsibilities include stocking completed parts in the correct locations and maintaining accurate inventory while parts are being stocked. Attention to detail is important so parts are properly prepared, coated, counted, and placed where they belong.

When powder-coating work is caught up, this position will assist in other areas of the shop. Thismay include general labor, shipping, palletizing equipment and parts, organizing materials, andhelping wherever needed to keep production moving.

Powder-coating or industrial finishing experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate. Applicants should be dependable, organized, comfortable working independently, and willing to take responsibility for the quality and operation of the powder-coating line.
