What’s a typical day as Production Associate? You’ll be:
  • Refurbishing, cleaning, repairing, and preparing shipping containers for outbound shipment (including kitting, conditioned pack-out, banding, and wrapping pallets).
  • Following and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records using both manual and electronic inventory management systems.
  • Supporting warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, and staging materials.
  • Rotating across departments, cross-training, and helping onboard new associates.
  • Keeping workspaces clean and organized, and promptly reporting maintenance issues.
  • Completing required training and equipment certifications (e.g., pallet jack, forklift).
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support team goals.
