A Licensed Land Surveyor is a professional who uses specialized equipment and techniques to precisely measure and define property boundaries, conducting legal surveys to determine the location of land features like buildings, structures, and natural boundaries, ensuring accurate property descriptions for legal transactions, all while adhering to local surveying regulations and standards.

Position Type: Full Time
Office: Warrington, PA
Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000 annually
Position Description:
Project manager position to assist with all aspects of the Survey Department. Production of survey related drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. These projects include boundary and topography surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, construction stakeout, and utility as-builts projects.

Responsibilities:
• Involvement in every aspect of plan preparation and production.
• Training field crews, technicians, and support staff.
• Manage and perform survey projects, including ALTA, boundary and topographic surveys, utility and roadway projects and construction stakeout.
• Quality control of survey plans and documents.
• Various calculations to support field personnel.
• Meet regularly with clients to ensure projects are performed on budget and on schedule.
• Title report review and compliance.
• Identifying problems and providing solutions.

Qualifications

Requirements:
• 5 plus years survey experience in survey project management.
• Experience working with Autodesk Civil 3D.
• PA PLS license required; NJ PLS license also preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal oriented and highly organized.
• Self-motivated, team player.
